Traveler Menu는 메뉴 사진에서 항목을 읽고 사용자가 선택한 언어로 번역하며, 현지 직원에게 보여줄 주문 화면을 만듭니다. 기능은 예고 후 변경·중단될 수 있으며, 보안 또는 장애 대응이 필요한 경우 즉시 제한될 수 있습니다.

2. 이용 조건과 책임

• 사용자는 서비스 이용이 허용되는 연령이어야 하며, 만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다.
• 사진을 업로드할 권리가 있어야 하며, 사람의 얼굴·신분증·결제정보 등 불필요한 개인정보를 올려서는 안 됩니다.
• 불법 콘텐츠, 악성 요청, 보안 우회, 자동 대량 호출, 무료 한도 회피 또는 서비스 방해 행위를 금지합니다.
• 알레르기, 식이 제한, 종교적 제한, 성분 및 가격은 AI 결과에 의존하지 말고 식당에 직접 확인해야 합니다.

3. 무료 사용량과 광고 화면

무료 이용은 첫 사용 시점부터 48시간 동안 메뉴 분석 3회입니다. 비정상 사용을 막기 위해 기기와 네트워크 기준의 추가 제한이 적용될 수 있습니다. 현재 AI 분석 전 화면은 테스트용 광고 자리이며 실제 광고 수익이나 제3자 광고 추적 기능은 연결되어 있지 않습니다.

4. 유료 요금제

결제 버튼이 활성화된 경우 여행 기간 단위 이용권(1~4주)을 판매합니다. Traveler는 1주 US$4.99(주 40회), 2주 이상은 주당 US$3.99이고, Pro는 1주 US$7.99(주 100회), 2주 이상은 주당 US$5.99입니다. 분석 횟수는 구매한 기간 전체에 합산해 제공됩니다. 이용권은 한 번 결제하는 상품으로 자동 갱신되지 않으며, 이용 중에 추가로 구매하면 현재 이용권이 끝난 뒤로 기간이 이어집니다. 무료 체험 기간은 없으며 결제 화면에서 세금이 추가될 수 있습니다. 이전에 가입한 월 구독의 해지는 Lemon Squeezy 고객 포털 또는 support@travelermenu.com을 통해 요청할 수 있고, 해지 후에는 이미 결제한 기간 말까지 이용할 수 있습니다.

환불 요청은 support@travelermenu.com으로 접수하며, 자동 환불되지 않습니다. 운영자가 요청과 사용 내역을 검토한 뒤 승인하는 경우 결제 서비스에서 수동 처리합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따른 권리와 결제 서비스의 자체 환불·결제 분쟁 처리는 이 절차보다 우선합니다. 법률상 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고 이미 시작된 결제 기간의 단순 변심 환불은 보장되지 않습니다. 중복 결제, 기술적 장애로 서비스를 실질적으로 사용하지 못한 경우 또는 법률상 철회·환불 권리가 있는 경우에는 문의를 검토하여 처리합니다. 구매한 요금제는 결제 당시 사용한 브라우저의 필수 기기 쿠키와 연결되므로 쿠키 삭제나 기기 변경 전에는 지원팀에 문의해 주세요.

5. AI 결과와 보증 제한

사진 품질, 글꼴, 조명, 언어 및 외부 AI 서비스 상태에 따라 결과가 누락되거나 틀릴 수 있습니다. 서비스는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 소비자 보호법상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 제한하지 않습니다.

6. 지식재산권

사용자는 업로드한 사진에 대한 권리를 유지하며, 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 처리 권한을 부여합니다. Traveler Menu의 이름, 디자인, 코드와 콘텐츠의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.

7. 이용 제한, 준거법 및 문의

약관 위반, 보안 위험 또는 과도한 사용이 확인되면 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다. 강행적인 소비자 보호 규정을 해치지 않는 범위에서 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 문의는 support@travelermenu.com으로 보내 주세요.

Terms of Use

1. Service

Traveler Menu reads items from a menu photo, translates them into a selected language, and creates an order screen for local staff. Features may change or be discontinued after notice, and may be restricted immediately for security or incident response.

2. Eligibility and responsibilities

• You must be legally eligible to use the service. It is not available to children under 14.
• You must have the right to upload the image and must not upload unnecessary personal information such as faces, IDs, or payment details.
• Illegal content, malicious requests, security bypasses, automated bulk calls, quota circumvention, and service disruption are prohibited.
• Do not rely on AI output for allergens, dietary or religious restrictions, ingredients, or final prices. Confirm directly with the restaurant.

3. Free allowance and ad screen

The free allowance is three menu analyses during the 48 hours starting with the first use. Additional device- and network-based limits may apply to prevent abuse. The current pre-analysis screen is an advertising placeholder only; no real advertising revenue or third-party advertising tracking is connected.

4. Paid plans

When checkout buttons are enabled, we sell travel passes for 1 to 4 weeks. Traveler costs US$4.99 for 1 week (40 analyses per week) and US$3.99 per week for 2 weeks or more; Pro costs US$7.99 for 1 week (100 analyses per week) and US$5.99 per week for 2 weeks or more. Analyses are pooled across the whole pass. A pass is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically; buying another pass while one is active adds time after the current pass ends. There is no free trial, and taxes may be added at checkout. Earlier monthly subscriptions can be cancelled through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal or by emailing support@travelermenu.com. Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Send refund requests to support@travelermenu.com. Requests do not trigger automatic refunds; the operator reviews the request and usage, then manually issues an approved refund through the payment provider. Mandatory legal rights and refunds or payment disputes handled independently by the payment provider take precedence. Except where required by law, refunds for a billing period that has already started are not guaranteed for change of mind. We will review duplicate charges, material service failures, and requests covered by mandatory cancellation or refund rights. A purchase is linked to the essential device cookie in the browser used at checkout; contact support before clearing that cookie or changing devices.

5. AI output and disclaimer

Results may be missing or incorrect due to image quality, fonts, lighting, language, or third-party AI availability. The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual property

You keep your rights in uploaded photos and grant only the permission needed to operate the service. Rights in the Traveler Menu name, design, code, and content belong to the operator or their lawful owners.

7. Restrictions, governing law, and contact

Access may be limited for violations, security risks, or excessive use. Korean law applies where permitted without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact support@travelermenu.com.
